Job Description
Provide transaction services and customer support through case management, issue resolution, and effective client communication.
Handle inquiries from employees, customers, and suppliers across email, phone, and chat.
Document, track, and resolve cases at first contact whenever possible.
Escalate complex issues with complete documentation.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and business standards.
Support audits, transaction processing, and identify process improvements.
Promote self-service tools to minimize repeated inquiries.
Maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations for business reviews.
Rotational Shifts: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM and 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Call Handling: 10–15 client calls daily (~200 calls per month)
Global Support: Clients across Australia, Europe, UK, US
Qualifications
UG: Any Graduate
