Job Description
The Channel / Partner Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting, enabling, and managing reseller and agency partners to sell FirstJobGo products across designated regions. The ideal candidate will build scalable partner ecosystems, develop engagement strategies, and ensure consistent revenue contribution from the channel network.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and manage reseller and agency channels (e.g., campus placement partners, staffing firms).
Design reseller tiers, enablement programs, and partner incentive plans.
Train partners on product knowledge, positioning, and sales best practices.
Track and manage partner sales pipeline, performance metrics, and revenue settlements.
Build long-term, productive relationships with partners to ensure continued business growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership strategies with organizational goals.
Ensure compliance with all partnership agreements and company standards.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: 3–6 years in channel or partner sales; experience in HR staffing or campus placements preferred.
Other Requirement: Male candidates preferred.
