In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and ensure every interaction delivers a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to property listings, services, and customer support.
Provide accurate information and assist users with property-related inquiries.
Ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Update and manage CRM records with lead and customer interaction details.
Follow up with leads and coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
Support customers in using platform features and troubleshoot basic issues.
Qualifications
0–3 years of experience in customer support, telesales, or BPO operations (Freshers may apply).
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BBA / BCom / BSc / BA preferred).
Fluency in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language (Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu).
Ability to work rotational shifts with consistent reliability and professionalism.
