We’re growing fast — and we’re looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to join our commercial team and help us scale across markets.
As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring and expanding relationships with large enterprise clients — including corporates, universities, and recruitment networks.
You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
This is a high-impact role for a driven professional who excels in consultative selling, understands HR technology and recruitment workflows, and enjoys building long-term customer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, target, and close enterprise-level opportunities across key industry verticals.
Manage the entire sales process — from lead generation and discovery to proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
Conduct product demos and consultative presentations tailored to each client’s HR and talent acquisition needs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Heads, and Procurement Teams.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery.
Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline tracking in CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Represent FirstJobGo at HR tech events, conferences, and industry forums.
Provide actionable market insights to inform sales strategy and product innovation.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the HR Tech domain.
Proven success managing complex sales cycles and closing six- or seven-figure deals.
Strong understanding of HR workflows — ideally related to ATS, recruitment marketing, or talent acquisition platforms.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Solid business acumen with the ability to build ROI-based proposals.
Experience using CRM systems and sales automation tools.
Willingness to travel to client sites and events as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience selling to HR, TA, or L&D departments.
Established network within enterprise HR, staffing, or university ecosystems.
Familiarity with early-career hiring or campus recruitment solutions.
