We are hiring a dynamic and creative Event Planner in Hosur with at least 1 year of relevant experience. The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end planning and execution of events, managing timelines and budgets, and delivering memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities as Event Planner Job :
Plan, organize, and execute events from concept to completion
Secure venues and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers
Monitor event timelines and manage budgets effectively
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for smooth event delivery
Oversee ticketing, stage design, media coordination, and visual presentation
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and event success
Location: Chennai / Hosur Tamil Nadu
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in event/show management in Tamil Nadu
Any Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Hospitality, or related field
