Job Description
Answer queries from customers/candidates professionally via inbound calls.
Research required information using available resources.
Handle and resolve customer basic queries.
Provide customers with the organization’s service and product information.
Complete call notes and reports, update them in the CRM.
Guide customers through the portal & explain processes.
Obtain and evaluate relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
Record details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
Manage queries while coordinating with internal departments.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
UG: Any Graduate
PG: Any Postgraduate
