Job Description
Performs all aspects of OSP engineering for fiber projects according to requirements and guidelines. Designs and drafts fiber networks with optimal routes via feasibility analysis. Works within customer systems to produce cost-effective engineering designs for the construction team. Ensures quality outputs, timely delivery of client submittals, and plans fiber/copper cables to poles or underground as per construction requirements. Flexible to work on different projects, adapts to changing priorities, and implements process optimizations. Attends training sessions and improves efficiency and quality based on feedback.
Responsibilities:
Design and draft fiber networks with optimal routes.
Produce cost-effective engineering designs for construction teams.
Plan fiber/copper cable placement above ground (poles) and underground.
Ensure timely submission of project deliverables.
Incorporate feedback to improve efficiency and quality.
Adapt to new roles, responsibilities, and changing project priorities.
Participate in training and explain/recollect key learnings when required.
Work on process optimization and automation initiatives.
Qualifications
UG: B.Tech in any Engineering or equivalent
PG: Any Postgraduate (Optional)
