Job Description
The Field Marketing Executive drives brand awareness and product demand through direct interaction with consumers and retailers. You are the face of the company in the field, responsible for executing local marketing campaigns, managing on-site promotions, and gathering real-time market insights.
Key Responsibilities
On-Ground Promotions: Execute BTL (Below-The-Line) activities such as roadshows, in-store demonstrations, and campus activations.
Merchandising: Ensure that marketing materials (posters, banners, standees, and POS displays) are prominently and correctly placed at retail outlets.
Product Training: Educate retailers and shop floor staff about product features, USPs, and current schemes to encourage them to push your brand.
Customer Engagement: Directly interact with potential customers to explain products, offer samples, and collect feedback or lead data.
Audit & Reporting: Visit various locations daily to audit brand presence and provide visual reports (photos/videos) to the management team.
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and managing stalls at trade fairs, exhibitions, or local community events.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred).
