We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Intern to support our HR and recruitment operations, primarily focused on hiring. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want hands-on exposure to talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, and HR operations in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), and internal databases
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate records
Assist with day-to-day HR operations and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications

Fresh graduates / final-year students (BBA, MBA – HR, B.Com, BA, or equivalent)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and HR processes
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources
