Job Description

We’re looking for energetic, target-driven professionals to join our Sales & Business Development team. You will be responsible for driving revenue, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with builders, brokers, and developers in your region. If real estate excites you and you love creating business opportunities — this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure and client servicing.
Manage and grow B2B partnerships with builders, brokers, and developers.
Identify and onboard new projects, builders, and channel partners to ensure strong market coverage.
Execute client acquisition campaigns to position the company as a leading property services brand.
Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business through consistent service excellence.
Share market insights and competitor intelligence with internal teams for better marketing strategies.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets with structured follow-ups and pipeline management.
Maintain accurate data, reports, and performance tracking using CRM tools.

Qualifications

Graduate / Postgraduate with 2–6 years of experience in B2B or Channel Sales, preferably in Real Estate / PropTech.

Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.

Strong market understanding and implementation skills.

Key Skills

Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills. Self-motivated confident and energetic personality with a passion for sales.
