Job Description
As a Business Development Manager (HR Tech) at FirstJobGo, you’ll be responsible for driving new business growth across enterprise accounts, staffing agencies, and universities.
You’ll manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to closing and nurturing long-term partnerships.
This role is ideal for a motivated hunter and closer who thrives in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment and understands HR workflows, recruitment platforms, and campus hiring programs.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and participation in industry events.
Conduct consultative product demos and create tailored proposals for HR teams, talent acquisition leaders, and hiring managers.
Negotiate and close new contracts, manage renewals, and drive upsells to achieve quarterly revenue targets.
Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to co-develop campus engagement and employer branding solutions.
Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene using tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
Stay up to date with HR Tech trends and competitive landscape to position FirstJobGo effectively in the market.
Qualifications
3–6 years of B2B SaaS Sales or Business Development experience (preferably in HR Tech or recruitment solutions).
Proven track record of closing mid-market or enterprise-level deals.
Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel to client sites, events, and campus drives as required.
