Job Description
The Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant will lead and participate in end-to-end HCM Cloud implementations, configuring Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Time & Labor, Benefits, and Talent modules. The role includes gathering business requirements, creating functional specifications, developing HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, OTBI/BI Publisher reports, supporting data migration with HDL, and coordinating system integrations. The consultant will also provide production support, troubleshoot issues, conduct UAT, deliver user training, and prepare functional documentation.
Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent, Benefits).
Strong knowledge of hire-to-retire HCM processes.
Technical: HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, Integrations, Fast Formulas.
Functional: Requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, UAT, end-user training.
Good communication skills for client and stakeholder interactions.
Oracle HCM Cloud Certification is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and in global teams.
