Job Description

The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling strategic partnerships across universities, placement agencies, HR platforms, and ATS integrations.
You’ll drive partner acquisition, co-marketing programs, and product adoption through structured enablement and performance management initiatives.
This role blends relationship management, business strategy, and technical collaboration to expand FirstJobGo’s partner ecosystem and market reach.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, recruit, and manage strategic partners including universities, HR tech firms, and platform integrators.

Negotiate and execute commercial and technical partnership agreements to support growth objectives.

Design and run joint go-to-market campaigns, webinars, and co-branded initiatives to generate qualified leads.

Manage partner onboarding, enablement resources, and maintain updated documentation and collateral.

Track and optimize partner performance metrics — revenue impact, activity levels, and conversion outcomes.

Oversee partner portal operations, referral payment processing, and integration milestones.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Legal teams to ensure seamless partner experience.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

3–7 years of experience in Partnerships, Alliances, or Channel Development, ideally within HR Tech or SaaS.

Proven success in negotiating and managing multi-stakeholder partnerships.

Experience coordinating cross-functional onboarding across Product, Ops, and Legal.

Strong analytical mindset to measure ROI and partner performance.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
