Job Description
Lead and manage a sales team to meet revenue and performance targets.
Build and maintain relationships with developers, brokers, and high-value clients.
Drive business through channel partners and direct sales initiatives.
Plan and execute marketing and promotional strategies for property sales.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Conduct client meetings, property visits, and negotiations to close deals.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1–5 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales or Channel Partner Management.
Strong understanding of property sales cycles and local real estate market.
Experience in handling B2C and channel partner-based sales preferred.
