The Sales Development Executive (SDE) plays a key role in generating new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential clients — including hiring managers, university placement leaders, and recruitment partners.
This is an ideal position for someone early in their career who is ambitious, target-driven, and passionate about HR Tech and campus recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting through email, phone, LinkedIn, and social channels.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to create a steady pipeline of sales opportunities.
Schedule and coordinate product demos with hiring teams and decision-makers.
Run campus outreach campaigns, engage with placement cells, and follow up after events.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).
Collaborate with the marketing team to convert campaign responses into sales meetings.
Consistently achieve or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Qualifications
0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or campus hiring.
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
High level of motivation, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities effectively.
Comfort with outreach tools, CRMs, and virtual communication platforms.
