Job Description
Source candidates using various channels and methods to build a strong talent pipeline.
Screen candidates through resume evaluation, job applications, and phone interviews.
Take full ownership of the candidate experience — from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop job postings, detailed job descriptions, and define position requirements.
Conduct reference checks and background verifications when required.
Facilitate the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating employment terms.
Manage the onboarding and new hire orientation process.
Stay updated with current recruitment trends and best HR practices.
Handle the overall interview, selection, and closing process efficiently.
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Handle statutory requirements such as ESI and PF management.
Qualifications
Education: Any Degree (HR specialization preferred).
Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in recruitment or HR operations.
Additional Advantage: Exposure to payroll, compliance, and employee engagement processes.
