We are seeking a highly driven Telecaller Executive with strong telesales experience and customer support skills. The role focuses on aggressive lead conversion, revenue generation, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Tamil, Hindi, and with mandatory Kannada and capable of handling diverse customer interactions.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or call center roles
• Exposure to B2C or B2B sales environments
• Familiarity with sales and customer handling techniques
