Job Description
The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to provide information about products or services, generate leads, and handle customer queries. The primary goal is to build positive relationships and drive sales or service engagement through effective communication in Hindi.
Key Responsibilities :
Outbound/Inbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers or handle incoming inquiries regarding the company’s offerings.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads; schedule appointments for the sales team if necessary.
Product Knowledge: Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers in a persuasive manner.
Database Management: Maintain and update an accurate record of all calls, customer feedback, and follow-up actions in the CRM software.
Customer Relationship: Handle customer grievances professionally and provide timely resolutions to ensure high satisfaction.
Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets and conversion KPIs.
Qualifications
Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary). A Bachelor’s Degree in any field is preferred but not mandatory.
